Anthony Richardson throws breathtaking pass for 60-yard touchdown

Everyone knows the Anthony Richardson experience is going to be exciting. If his first touchdown of the season didn’t get you excited, you might want to check your pulse.

Richardson, the Indianapolis Colts’ second-year quarterback, has one of the best arms in the league. And he showed it in the first quarter of the season opener. Richardson fumbled in the pocket, then, from his own 32-yard line, threw deep to Alec Pierce. Deep.

Pierce caught the pass at about the Houston Texans’ 2-yard line. In the air, it was about a 66-yard pass, and Richardson didn’t get a chance to get into position. Officially, it was a 60-yard touchdown.

Wow.

It won’t be all roses with Richardson. Earlier in the game against the Texans, he missed a pass on fourth-and-1. But the highlights will be incredible. He had his first of the season early in the game against the Texans.
