The film follows the 2003 film Freaky Fridaya remake of the 1976 original movie starring Jodie Foster and Barbara Harris. Jamie and Lindsay play mother-daughter duo Anna and Tess Coleman, who accidentally switch bodies.
Yesterday, photos from the set of the two stars were released on the Internet. Some show them having fun in the ocean. Others show them relaxing on the beach.
Jamie was quick to denounce the online “intrusion.”
“OK. Since other media outlets have published it, I’m going to take advantage of the intrusion of a paparazzi photo into the creative process of a film,” she said. published on Instagram alongside one of her and Lindsay’s photos on the beach.
Jamie said: “We’ve done our best to keep our story a secret and private until release time, but every now and then an image pops up and it doesn’t tell you anything about the story or what’s going on with the characters, but it shows the joy and fun we had making #FREAKIERFRIDAY and we know that’s going to be the experience you’ll be having in cinemas next year.”
