Massachusetts Gas Prices Dropped Compared to Last Week: See How Much Here

The state’s gas prices fell last week and averaged $3.50 per gallon on Monday for regular fuel, down from last week’s price of $3.52 per gallon, according to the United States Energy Information Administration.

The average price of fuel in the state has fallen about 9 cents since last month. Statewide gas prices over the past year have been as low as $3.07 on January 29, 2024 and as high as $3.76 on August 7, 2023, according to the EIA.

A year ago, the average gas price in Massachusetts was 0% lower at $3.50 per gallon.

The average price of gas in the United States last week was $3.52, making prices in the state about 0.5% lower than the national average. The national average gas price is down from last week’s average of $3.58 per gallon.
