Police reports from May 2, 2024

The following list was compiled from reports to area law enforcement agencies:

Owensboro Police Department

• A juvenile was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault (school employee or school volunteer).

• A juvenile was charged Monday with third-degree arson.

• A juvenile was charged Tuesday with second-degree terroristic threatening.

• Mail was reported stolen Tuesday in the 1100 block of Wing Avenue.

• A Suzuki motorcycle valued at $5,500 was reported stolen Tuesday in the 7200 block of Dalton Street.

• A rape was reported Tuesday on West Fifth Street. Reports indicate that the incident took place on April 12.

• An unknown amount of property was stolen during a burglary Wednesday in the 400 block of Cedar Street.

Daviess County Sheriff’s Office

• Copper and copper coils were reported stolen Tuesday in the 4000 block of Vincent Station Drive.

• Cash, a toolbox and other items were reported stolen during a burglary Tuesday at a home in the 5400 block of Ruidoso Loop.

Kentucky State Police

• Trent J. Moore, 19, of the 800 block of 13th Street, was charged Tuesday with receiving stolen property (firearm).
