Between an elaborate $4.8 million stone mansion in suburban Bergen County, a spacious lakefront property with 162 feet of private shoreline, and a luxurious $4 million home in a newly constructed duplex of Hudson County, many high-profile real estate transactions were finalized in April.

The Garden State has gradually seen more inventory come onto the market, but median listing prices are still on the rise. This means that already expensive homes in North Jersey are selling for even higher prices.

Here’s a look at the most expensive homes sold in each North Jersey county in April:

Bergen County

The home at 307 Truman Drive in Cresskill sold for $4.8 million on April 30, making it the most expensive property for sale in all of North Jersey during the month. The property was listed by Mariana Papavasiliou and purchased through Jennifer Etter and Jeri Green, all agents with Prominent Properties Sotheby’s International Realty.

This seven-bedroom, eight-bathroom stone colonial mansion was designed by Morristown-based architect James Paragano.
