Rosamund Pike still has a few tricks up her sleeve. Actor is latest to join Lionsgate’s cast Now you see me 3the next installment in the Magic Heist franchise.
She is one of the newcomers to the series, following Justice Smith, Dominic Sessa and Ariana Greenblatt. The actors join Now you see me stalwarts expected to return include Jesse Eisenberg, Woody Harrelson, Isla Fisher, Dave Franco and Morgan Freeman.
Louis Leterrier directed the first film Now You See Me, which was released in 2013 and followed the Four Horsemen, a group of magicians known for their heist skills. It grossed $351.7 million worldwide and spawned a sequel directed by Jon M. Chu, released in 2016 and which grossed $334.8 million worldwide.
Venom And Unexplored director Ruben Fleischer directs from a screenplay by Eric Warren Singer, Seth Grahame-Smith and Mike Lesslie. Bobby Cohen and Alex Kurtzman produce, while Meredith Wieck and Erin Jones-Wesley oversee Lionsgate.
